O2 Treehouse Launches First-Ever Modular Glamping Treehouse Tents
The travel industry may not be the same as before the COVID-19 pandemic. But this doesn’t mean that people are not willing to get out of their homes. Following the safety protocols, many people are already going out for vacations. Keeping in mind people’s eagerness to travel, treehouse design and construction company O2 Treehouse has now come up with its first-ever modular glamping treehouse tents.
Modular Treehouse Tents
The Oakland-based company is popular for its modular, custom treehouses. With their modular treehouses, they have also raised over $180,000 from several investors. This amount is for their new franchise – the Treewalkers. This franchise got its funding through StartEngine.
According to the company, Treewalkers is likely to become a worldwide network of modular, rentable treehouses. This will enable investors to offer the various number of treehouses for renting from only a single unit for whole treehouse villages. Even Dustin Feider, the founder of O2 Treehouse, mentioned that their state-of-the-art technology, as well as modular design, provide investors a very low-risk opportunity with a higher return on investment. They are willing to offer everything for nature lovers to have an amazing glamping experience in the treehouses. And, the best part is that these treehouses can be moved to any desired location without a carbon footprint. Hence, it’s a great option for eco-tourists.
Feider has even formed a one-size-fits-all design, which is known as Tetratuss. This design is also easy to modify as per the location and offers lower costs along with elevated platform technology. This further helps them expand a tree’s real estate.
O2 Treehouse Design Methodology
Treewalkers use the O2 Treehouse design methodology. This enables the guests with an opportunity to create a unique bond with nature. So far, the company has created around 85 custom-designed modular structures.
While these luxe treehouses provide you with a great way to reconnect with nature while escaping everyday life, getting one is an economical solution for an average person. Since the eco-tourism industry is on the rise, it’s a great opportunity for investors to grow as well.
Available Temporarily or Permanently
If you want to experience treehouse living for a while, you can organize a rental service for these modular treehouses. But if you want to invest in them and need a permanent modular treehouse, you can consult O2 Treehouse for their expertise.
The company is even planning to start around 5-15 locations through Airbnb for renting a platform before releasing their own O2 Treehouse platform. In the future, they are planning to expand to more locations as well. In the long term, the company is willing to create sustainable, corporate-owned, residential housing developments.
